We did not have the time or the energy yesterday to finish school work, after a full day of sight-seeing. Friday is usually a review day so it is typically a little slack, but today we had a math test, a spelling test and an English lesson along with the review so our morning was filled with school work, much to Yasmin and Roya’s chagrin.
The weather here is hotter than in Bangalore and Mysore. I would guess that it is high thirties in the shade. With the heat we really weren’t motivated to do any more exploring. Instead we headed off to the pool. The kids have shrivelled fingers and toes from being in the water for a couple of hours. Nadim and I were in and out of the water. I’ve just finished the sixth Harry Potter book, and so now there is a fight for the seventh book. Nadim, Yasmin and I are all wanting to read it!
